1. Cut J-channel to desired length.

2. Mark miter cut lines on both top and bottom J-channel pieces.

3. Cut miter angle along marked pencil lines and complete the cut through the back of the J-channel.

4. Mark miter tab lines on both outside J-channel pieces.

5. Cut two parallel lines up to the marked pencil line. This forms the joining tab.

6. Bend the joining tab outward.

7. Join all four J-channel pieces to form the perfect miter joint.



1. Cut J-channel to desired length.
2. Follow steps 4 through 7 listed above to form the perfect square joint.
